Strategic Rent & Service Charge Finance Lead

ForHousing seeks a Senior Rent and Service Charge Accountant to join the Finance team. You will manage rents, leasehold and service charges, delivering monthly management reporting, performance reporting and budgets.

You will lead the annual rent increase process, develop service charge budgets and ensure regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff and guiding organisation-wide rent and service charge practices.
