£550-£600 per day (up to £660 considered, via framework)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced transformation leader to drive a Families First Reform programme in its infancy. You'll scope, design, and embed new ways of working across children's services, with a strong focus on front door, early help, and family safeguarding to lead major change across the Children's Services directorate.
Your key responsibilities- Scoping and evaluating current practice.
- Building project teams and piloting new approaches.
- Embedding the Family Safeguarding model.
- Leading transformation with partners across health, police, and social care.
- Delivering measurable change at pace within 6 months.
- Expertise in transformation within children's services (front door/early help focus).
- Strong track record of leading social care reforms or major change programmes.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-partnerships.
- Full references for the past 5 years and an Enhanced DBS.
- Social care qualification desirable but not essential.
