Strategic Procurement Lead - Tech & Finance

Man Group in London is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead and develop a team of three professionals within Procurement. You will be the strategic partner, ensuring spend is visible, well-governed and delivers real value across indirect spend.

The ideal candidate will be CIPS qualified with a strong track record in financial services procurement, skilled in supplier relationships, negotiation and continuous improvement, supported by modern tools and AI-friendly approach.
