Strategic Pre-Construction Design Lead

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting for two Pre-Construction Design Managers to join the team on nationwide opportunities. You will manage the pre-construction process, review design information, and coordinate with external design teams to identify risks and ensure approvals are progressed.

The role requires strong technical knowledge across construction, an understanding of building-services interfaces, and experience with bid processes.
