Strategic Pre-Construction Design Lead

Ardmac is seeking a lead pre-construction professional to drive the design and build phase of high-value projects. You will oversee design, planning, procurement, and budgeting, ensuring quality and schedule adherence while guiding the Design Team through early stages to IFC handover.

You will liaise with subcontractors, lead design review workshops, and manage design budgets with the managers. Embedding Lean practices and maintaining Ardmac standards are essential in this role.
