Strategic Portfolio & Delivery Lead

WESR is seeking a senior portfolio and programme lead to orchestrate the central activity plan, ensure alignment of streams and resources, and deliver timely governance insights. You will steer annual and quarterly planning, coordinate interdependencies, and manage risk across multiple disciplines.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a data-driven mindset to drive transparency, pace, and impact within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
