Strategic Policy Lead, Interactions & Trust & Safety

TikTok is seeking a Policy Manager, Interactions in Dublin to lead end-to-end policy workstreams across Comments and Direct Messages. You will translate diverse stakeholder requests into actionable plans, maintain policy SOPs, and ensure alignment with regional partners.

In this role you will own priority policy projects from framing through launch, support regulatory requirements, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to embed safety considerations into systems and tools.
