Strategic Planning Leader for Growth & Regeneration

Merton Council is seeking a Chief Planning Officer to lead the planning service at the heart of how the borough grows, from major development and regeneration to the quality of neighbourhoods and places. You'll advise Members and senior leaders and work closely with developers, communities and partners.

You will oversee around 30 staff across development management, strategic applications, planning policy, enforcement and developer obligations, guiding the borough's growth with ambition and care.
