Strategic Planning & Insights Lead

Eildon Housing Association in the Scottish Borders is seeking a Planning & Insights Manager to shape long-term strategy and performance. You will lead multi-year planning, develop insights to drive improvement, and translate data into clear recommendations for the executive team.

You will work closely with the leadership group to support informed decisions and long-term thinking aligned with our priorities, within a 35-hour week and salary range £55,141-£61,268.
