Strategic People Programmes Lead

University of Leeds seeks a professional to lead the People Programmes and Planning Team, responsible for scoping, planning and delivering programmes and projects to enable timely achievement of strategic aims. You will report to the Head and work across PCD and wider University.

The role requires credibility in managing change and delivering complex initiatives, with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to handle ambiguity while guiding colleagues through the process.
