Strategic People Partner Lead - Global Marketing

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a People Business Partner Lead for Global Marketing to plan and deliver key people programs in partnership with our Global Marketing organization. You will advise marketing leaders and work with the broader People team to advance enterprise talent strategy across performance and leadership development.

You will partner with finance and compensation for budget planning, support employee relations matters, and drive the annual performance and talent processes
