Strategic People Partner for Senior Leaders - South Coast

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Field-based People Partner for the South Coast, based in Brighton. You will partner with a Senior Director to deliver the people agenda across a significant business area, combining strategic input with practical change management and project delivery.

You will support operating model changes, workforce design, performance management and talent planning, while coaching leaders and ensuring compliance with policies and employment law.
