Strategic People Partner for Schools & Leaders

Astrea Academy Trust is seeking a proactive People Partner to support South Yorkshire academies from the Central Team. You will advise leaders across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, development and workforce planning to drive our People Strategy and deliver a high-quality, consistent people service.
