Job Description

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a People Partner for a leading Further Education college in Middlesex. You will provide strategic and operational HR support, building strong relationships with Principals and senior leaders to translate priorities into practical people plans.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and extensive HR generalist experience, with solid knowledge of UK employment law and evidence of handling complex employee relations.
