Strategic People Partner for Corporate Functions

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC is seeking a People Partner for Corporate Functions in Bristol. You will work with the People Director to shape the people agenda, lead organisational design initiatives and drive high-performance culture across the function.

You will apply evidence-based HR to support talent, performance, and change programmes, partnering with leaders to deliver commercially focused HR solutions at pace.
