Strategic People Partner - Transformation & Flexible Hours

MCS Group is partnering with a large organisation in County Antrim to appoint a Senior People Partner who will shape workforce strategy, partner with senior leaders and drive major transformation across the People function.

You will develop people plans, advise on budgets and labour costs, lead workforce planning and organisational design, and use workforce data to identify risks and opportunities while supporting change and culture initiatives.
