Strategic People Partner - Recruitment & Change

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking two new People Business Partners to join our People & Performance team, focusing on Recruitment, Employee Relations and Organisatorial Change. You'll provide proactive, high quality HR support across the College.

As an experienced HR professional with CIPD Level 5, you'll advise and coach managers, use data to spot trends, ensure lawful decisions, and help drive recruitment and organisational change while promoting a positive employee experience.
