Strategic People Partner - HR Leadership & Change

The ICO is seeking a People Business Partner to act as the strategic people lead for its Executive Directors and departments. You will shape and implement people plans, champion equality, diversity and inclusion, and work with key stakeholders to align activities with directorate goals.

You'll use data analytics to deploy workforce solutions and deliver the People Strategy, managing relationships with unions, suppliers and partners while guiding leaders on best practice.
