Strategic People Partner - Health Leadership & Growth

Serco is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner for Health South, joining the Health leadership team on a 12-month internal secondment. You will partner with senior operational leaders to drive workforce productivity, planning and leadership development across a portfolio of health contracts.

You will help embed the People & Culture operating model, drive talent reviews and succession discussions, and use data to shape targeted interventions for business outcomes.
