Strategic People & OD Partner - Corporate Services

Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced People and Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner to join the Group Corporate Services leadership team.

The role partners with senior directors to shape workforce strategy, transformation and culture while delivering high quality HR advisory across a complex, unionised environment. A MCIPD or master's degree is preferred and you will influence at executive levels to drive compassionate, inclusive leadership.
