Strategic Partnership & Property Manager

Eric Wright Group is currently seeking a Partnership and Property Manager to lead and maintain strategic partnerships across the One Partnership, LIFTCo projects and BRaHM portfolio. You will work with CHP, EWFM, tenants and stakeholders to deliver contracted services and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong client-facing experience in PFI/PPP, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent relationships.
