Strategic Organisation Design Leader

YTL UK, part of the international YTL Group, is seeking a Head of Organisation Design to partner with the HR Director and Chief Transformation Officer. You will translate business ambitions into evidence-based organisation designs that improve clarity, accountability and agility.

You will lead a Group-wide OD strategy, shape governance, and build a high-performing OD team while ensuring employee experience remains at the heart of design decisions. Immediate start preferred.
