Strategic Operations Leader, Food Service & Hospitality

Compass Group Ireland seeks an Operations Manager to join on a permanent, full-time basis. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer in Ireland and drive growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across multi-site foodservice operations.

You will manage budgets, lead senior teams, and collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality service while optimizing labour and costs. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.
