Strategic Operations & Governance Lead

HSBC Holdings plc in Guernsey is seeking a strategic Administrator in the Chief Administration Office. You will support senior leaders across a broad range of strategic and BAU activities, shaping how the business operates and delivering practical improvements for colleagues and regulators.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Management and the CEO, contributing to annual reporting, workforce planning, and cross-border projects across the Private Bank in Guernsey and Switzerland.
