Strategic OE & Operating Model Lead

Haleon in London seeks an Organisational Effectiveness (OE) Manager to lead enterprise-wide operating model design, governance and strategic workforce planning. You will partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance and Transformation to translate strategy into actionable workforce models and capacity plans.

Reporting to the Head of OE, you will drive design standardization, manage organizational design governance, and embed metrics across planning cycles such as Integrated Growth Plan and
