Strategic New Business Growth Manager

Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager for our client, based in the Southampton area. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and driving growth with existing clients.

You will work closely with Commercial and Communal Service Managers to expand client relationships, develop costed proposals, and promote new products and services. Strong sales targets, presentation skills, and market awareness are essential to succeed in this
