Strategic Municipal Leader (CAO)

Municipal World Inc. seeks a Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality of North Middlesex in Ontario. Reporting to Council, the CAO will advise the Mayor and Council, develop policies, and ensure compliant, efficient management.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business or Public Administration and at least five years in municipal government, with strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to mentor staff to translate vision into results.
