Strategic Medical Workforce Lead

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in West Essex is seeking a credible Medical Workforce Lead to shape and govern the medical staffing service for over 670 doctors. You will work with clinical and corporate leaders to ensure compliant, patient centred workforce delivery and drive improvements across the service.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, rotations and policy, providing workforce intelligence to inform strategic decisions and service development.
