Strategic Manager, Youth Voice & Creative Engagement

Youth Work Unit is seeking a Strategic Manager to lead NY Voice, the Youth Voice and Creative Engagement Service, within our Children and Young People's Services. The role involves managing a team focused on empowering children and young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to participate in shaping local services. The position is full-time at 37 hours per week, based in Northallerton, with regular evening and weekend work required.
