Strategic Learning & Development Lead, UK & EU

CTM is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to support employees across the UK and EU, driving training, onboarding, core skills and leadership development. Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver practical learning aligned with business goals.

You will design and deliver L&D strategy, manage LMS and budgets, coach the L&D team, and collaborate with external providers to maximise funding.
