Strategic Leader, Training & Education

BASC is seeking a Head of Training and Education to lead a crucial department. The role involves inspirational leadership to plan and direct training, education and coaching across the organisation, engaging with country and regional teams, NGOs and statutory bodies.

The post-holder will report to the executive director of shooting and operations, managing staff, contractors and volunteers, and delivering strategic targets with resilience and collaboration across teams.
