UKRN in London invites applications for Head of Organisational Development & Design to set strategic direction for organisational design, development, learning and inclusion, ensuring structures and leadership enable delivery of long-term objectives.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Organisational Effectiveness & Capability, the postholder leads governance, target operating models and people change initiatives, embedding EDI throughout design and governance.
