Strategic Leader, Health & Social Care Transformation

NHS Scotland is seeking a senior leader to serve as Head of Strategy, Performance and Commissioning for Moray HSCP. The role focuses on shaping sustainable health and social care services, guiding strategy, performance insight and program delivery in a complex partnership environment.

You will lead strategic planning, integrated reporting and value-based commissioning, working with health, social care, and third-sector partners to reduce inequalities and respond to local needs.
