Strategic Leader for Children's Homes & Safeguarding (RI)

Darlington Borough Council is seeking a highly experienced leader to assume the Responsible Individual role for children's homes, taster flats and supported lodgings. You will provide strategic oversight, drive safeguarding, ensure Ofsted readiness and shape the future of residential care in Darlington.

Lead a team of Registered Managers, manage budgets and support service growth while promoting excellent outcomes for children and young people.
