Derby College Group (DCG) invites applications for Head of Business, Leadership and Management. You will lead a diverse curriculum, drive innovation in teaching and curriculum design, and build strong employer partnerships to deliver outstanding student outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to inspire teams, embed collaboration, and shape strategic growth across the faculty. A Level 6+ teaching qualification is required and experience in FE preferred.
