Strategic Leader, Attendance & Legal Progression

Sandwell Council is seeking an experienced Senior Attendance & Legal Progression Officer to lead the Schools Attendance Support Service, providing strategic direction on attendance improvement, legal progression, and service delivery.

You will oversee the Legal Intervention Team, work with schools and partners, analyse attendance data, and drive evidence-based approaches to reduce absence and safeguard children's education.
