Job Description

Dudley Council is recruiting a Principal Service Lead - Family Hubs & Front Door to join the Children & Young People Leadership Team. This senior role shapes early help, family support and safeguarding services to ensure timely and effective help for children and families.

You will lead Family Hubs, the Front Door and Emergency Duty Team, drive service improvement and build high-performing partnerships across health, education, police and community sectors.
