Strategic Lead, Housing Strategy & Insight

Southwark Council is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Housing Strategy, Insight and Improvement to join the senior leadership team within Housing Needs and Support. The role will drive strategic direction, service transformation and evidence-based decision making across housing services.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, provide strategic advice to senior officers and partners, and champion innovation and new technologies to improve outcomes for residents.
