We seek a dynamic HR professional to provide strategic and operational leadership
across the Federation. You will advise headteachers, manage complex employee
relations, recruitment, policy, and workforce planning, and line manage four Senior
Administrative Officers. School or multi-site education experience is highly desirable,
though candidates with strong relevant HR experience are encouraged to apply. You
will play a key role in strengthening culture, supporting wellbeing, and retaining talent.
