Strategic Land Finance Manager - Budgeting & Insight

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a Finance Manager for the Strategic Land team based in Brentwood. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and the 5-year plan, providing financial insight to enable long-term objectives.

The role interfaces across operations and Group Finance, with a focus on timely, accurate reporting and strong commercial challenge. You will lead month-end, cashflow forecasting, and external reporting for JVs, while driving process improvements and ensuring robust financial controls.
