Strategic Labor & Employee Relations Leader - UK

Danaher is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations Manager UK to guide employee relations across the Life Sciences Platform. You'll partner with HR and leaders to ensure compliant, consistent practices and manage a diverse range of ER matters.

You will work with works councils, COE, and LER legal teams, handling investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workforce changes while upholding policies and employment laws. Travel up to 25% may be required.
