Strategic Internal Recruiter & Talent Partner

Müller Milk & Ingredients UK is looking for a Recruiter to join our People Team. Based between Bridgwater and Severnside sites, this role requires regular travel to support Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Logistics.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, advertising roles, screening candidates and building talent pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
