Strategic HVAC & Plumbing Sales Leader - UK & Ireland

Watts Water Technologies UK & Ireland seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to accelerate growth across HVAC, Controls and Plumbing, with a focus on the WHO segment. You will shape the regional sales strategy, build strategic relationships with consultants, installers, wholesalers, and specification partners, and drive pull-through initiatives.

You will forecast, manage pipelines, support pricing, negotiate with major customers, and coach the commercial team.
