Strategic HSE Leader - Multi-Site FMCG

Food Manufacturing Company seeks a Head of Health, Safety and Environment to drive HSE strategy across the UK. You will lead a team and partner with the Executive Team to elevate safety culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across seven manufacturing sites.

The role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate data into proactive safety initiatives. UK-wide travel is expected; report to Manufacturing Director.
