Strategic HSE Director - Civil & Groundworks

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead the HSE function across our groundworks, civil engineering and infrastructure projects. The role reports to senior management and requires strategic oversight with hands-on delivery on live sites.

The successful candidate will drive HSE strategy, develop the team of four Advisors and ensure compliance with UK legislation and ISO management systems. A strong HSE background is essential.
