ZeroAvia is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to enhance its UK engineering workforce. This role includes responsibility for workforce planning, data analysis, and ensuring compliance within a rapidly growing environment.

The position demands deep analytical capabilities and experience in the engineering sector, with a focus on building effective hiring and retention strategies. The successful candidate will work on-site 3-4 days a week at the beautiful Cotswolds Airport.
