Strategic HRBP - West Midlands Manufacturing (On-site)

We Are Adam is looking for an HR Business Partner to support leadership at four locations in West Midlands. This role involves providing operational HR support, managing ER cases, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Ideal candidates will have extensive employment law knowledge and experience in handling complex ER casework, preferably in manufacturing. The position requires 3-4 days on-site presence at various locations, with a competitive salary range of £43,000 - £47,000 plus car allowance.
