Strategic HRBP - Change & Inclusion Lead (12-Month)

Newman University in Birmingham is seeking a proactive HR Partner to join the HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will operate at HRBP level within a complex organisation, delivering strategic people initiatives and trusted advice to managers and leaders.

Working closely with the Director of HR and fellow HR colleagues, you will drive projects, champion inclusion, use data to inform decisions and enable organisational success through effective people management.
