Arriva UK Bus, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to translate people strategy into action across the Midlands. You will advise senior leaders, shape organisational design, and lead talent and succession initiatives to drive performance.

You will manage complex employee relations, support transformation programmes, and promote an inclusive culture with strong data-driven decision making. CIPD Level 7 and a related degree are highly desirable.
