Strategic HR Partner Lead - Change, Planning & Coaching

Cardiff Met is looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to help shape the HR strategy and ensure impactful service delivery across the University. This role involves collaborating with executive leaders and driving workforce initiatives to foster a strong organisational culture.
